Thriller Conventions

  • The crime at the core of our narrative is Stalking which leads to murder.
  • We did a close shot of the knife which is used in the murder, this becomes a clue later on.
  • There are a lot of enigmas that need to be resolved, such as who are the two characters.
  • Our extraordinary situation is that the girl is murdered in an ordinary situation.
  • Our film has a theme of voyeurism as Alex plays a pervert who thrives off killing young girls.
  • This is our antagonist's flaw as he cannot help but kill young girls that he likes the look of.
  • We have a scene in which the protagonist is in peril and the last one when we see her dead.
